Today was Samantha's Baptism and she was really good the whole time. She got a little restless towards the end of the service because she was getting hungry. Most of our family was there and some close friends showed up which was really nice.

Hello everyone, sorry I have been lacking on pictures and updates. There is just so much going on and so much to do that I don't really get time to update this as much. I will attempt to try harder.

Alot has happened since last post. Samantha can sit up on her own now, stands well on her own other than holding on to something. She now has 2 teeth, both on bottom which Mandi thought was strange. She is getting much better with being fussie. Not nearly as crabby anymore which is good.

At her 6 month appointment she weighed 14 lb 13 oz (25 percentile) was 25.25" (26%) and her head is 42.25 cm (48%) She has grown so much and now "talks" all the time. Babble talk of course and giggles and laughs and entertains. Oh I almost forgot, she rolls to where she wants to go all over the house. Has not yet started crawling but that is not far away. The doctor thinks she will be walking by 8 months which I am excited about but nervous too. She will be a lot to keep up with. Well hope you enjoy the two pics and I will start putting more up.

Well Samantha is starting to get better and cry a little less. Just when it started getting better she started teething and the crying began again. Well her first tooth cut today and is sticking out a little bit. Wow how time has flown!

Well we took Samantha to the doctor for her month wellness check. She weighs just over 12 lbs now!! My she is growing. Mandi tortured her and made her wear the Easter outfit but it was definitly worth it. Mandi is a great mom to both kids and has the patience of a saint. A lot more than I do :) I give Samantha about 10 minutes of screaming and crying before I give up and give her back to mommy. Samantha is starting to get better now though so everything will work out ok!

Well Samantha finally started sucking her thumb today for the first time. She looks adorable but not a habit I want to get in to. She has her 4 month check up and shots Wednesday so I will report more then!

I stay fly, no lie, you know this...... BALLIN!

Samantha is growing every day. Soon she will be steppin with Logan and Uncle John. She is pretty fussy in the evening and the only thing that makes her calm at those times is the hair dryer. Go figure. Don't understand though because Mandi and I were both quiet babies so who knows where it came from. More to come later. Make sure everyone checks out Logan's blog as well :)

We took Samantha to the doctor today for her 2 month check up and shots. She got three shots in her legs, and the Roto virus vaccine drops. She definitely did not like the shots and make sure we new it :) On the way to the doctor's office we debated and guessed how much she weighed. I guess 8 pounds 10 ounces, Mandi thought she was 8 pounds 5 ounces. WOW were we both way off!! She is 10 pounds 3 ounces and is a chunky little thing. She is really starting to fill out and get big. She is only 21 1/2 inches long but neither Mandi or me are very tall.

Grandpa Barry came to see Samantha this week. Wow how quickly she quiets down for him. Talk about a proud Grandpa. Logan was a little jealous that someone else got Gandpa Barry's attention but he is learning to deal with it. I don't know if he was more jealous that Grandpa was holding Samantha because he wanted Grandpa's attention or he wanted Samantha's attention.

Wow how much Samantha has grown! We use to give her a bath in a small little plastic pan they gave us at the hospital and now we have to use something much larger (the sink). When I try to wash the back of her neck or legs I have to move the rolls to clean properly :) Who thought my little 5 13 baby girl would turn out to be so chunky. We love her tons. If anyone is interested in information on the baptism, please contact one of us. Its not until June so you have plenty of time to get ahold of us.
